HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  1. On the homepage, click on “Games Gallery” or “Our Games” menu
  2. Click on your game of choice to view it
  3. Then click “Add to cart.”
  4. Click on the Cart icon.
  5. Apply coupon code to get discount on your total order before tax (if applicable)
  6. Review your order and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  7. Fill in your billing and shipping information
  8. Read and accept our T&C
  9. Click on “Place Order”.
  10. You’ve successfully ordered from our website!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) . All payment information entered on our site is confidential and secure. We don’t offer cash on delivery (COD).
HOW DO I USE MY COUPON CODE?

Do you have a coupon code? if so, you can apply the coupon code when checking out to get a discount on the price of the product. Just enter the code in the “Coupon code” field and apply. If the code doesn’t work, and you don’t get a message that the deal has expired, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We will always endeavor to accommodate all cancellation requests received. However, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests received after order has been fulfilled and shipped would be reversed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS (Name, Address, email, phone contact)

Unfortunately you can only make changes before processing starts. After your order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes. Please always double-check the information entered for accuracy before placing an order.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
As soon as you’ve made your payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If you weren’t notified, contact Customer Service as soon as possible by filling out a form in the self-help section.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself. Send the picture to us through the self-help section, along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can see the damage clearly and offer you the best solution. Ensure this is done same day as the day on record that the package was received.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand solidly behind our brand and each of our products. Our goal is to ensure all our products exceed your expectations and deliver maximum satisfaction and value for your money.

 Kindly confirm the product on receipt for completeness, defect, or damage. If you have any problem(s) or are unhappy with your SGE game(s), please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product via e-mail at customerservice@spahtackle.com. We shall endeavor to address the issue and provide best solutions. Please do not send your request via Facebook, Instagram, or other social media.

 We accept returns and/or offer exchanges for requests made within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging, with the following exceptions:

  • Altered products
  • Products damaged while in your custody

 Addendum:

  1. The return window expires after 7 days of product delivery.
  2. If your return is approved, we shall refund the price of the product(s) via the same method used in the purchase of the original order.
  3. Shipping costs charges are taken by the courier company and are non-refundable.
  4. The only acceptable means of communication for issues relating to orders is via e-mail to customerservice@spahtackle.com
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and this cost is determined by your local courier company. Please ensure you have your returns approved along with other return shipping details via our email customerservice@spahtackle.com before proceeding with this process.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, you may obtain your tracking ID by verifying your order completion email (Shipping details) or visit the Canada Post website and track your package with your tracking ID. Note that mail tracking is an added feature of mail delivery which may come at an added cost charged by the shipping company.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as your order is prepared and packed, you will receive a tracking code by email. This is usually within few hours after confirmation of your payment. Note that mail tracking service is only available when you choose a shipping option that inlcudes tracking as provided by our courier company.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES SGE SHIP TO?

Our products can be bought online from any country in the world and the product(s) delivered to your preferred country-location via our courier partner company.  Note that all shipment is subject to the T&C of the courier company.
